The Role
We are seeking a person with passion and ability to create the very best user experiences. You’ll be a key member of a small team with the opportunity to influence how we work and our priorities. The systems you will work on will include our quoting platform, policy management system, and internal management systems.
You’ll play an important part in shaping our image and brand and have a role in deciding the future direction of our technology stack. We use Vue 3 and TailwindCSS in tandem with backend platforms that are also developed in-house. We also work closely with 3rd parties to provide data and processing for parts of our business. You’ll play a critical role in taking us to the next level of our business.

Essential qualifications
- Strong experience and interest in creating inspiring and simple user experiences that help our customers want to use our products
- Proficiency in Vue 3, TailwindCSS, and preferably Vite, Pinia, and VueX
- Good taste in technology and a desire to find the right solution instead of temporary fixes
- Love to work within a small team environment to get things done fast with consistently high quality
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, and senior management to clarify requirements and provide excellence in the delivered product
- Desire to do something meaningful in an old industry that is rapidly changing
- Believe in our mission and core values of integrity, work ethic, transparency, and having fun
