As they accelerate into their next growth chapter, they’re seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the core platform team that underpins their AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a high-calibre platform team delivering infrastructure, tooling, and developer velocity.
- Own platform vision and architecture, from compute and messaging to observability and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and highly available as scale increases.
- Partner with senior leaders to align platform capabilities with product and business goals.
- Set clear metrics, reliability targets, and best practices that keep engineering moving fast and safely.
Your Profile:
- 10+ years in software/infrastructure engineering, including senior leadership.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes (EKS), AWS, and real-time messaging systems.
- Proven success scaling high-performance teams and production platforms.
- Strong communicator with experience in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA).
Nice to Haves:
- Developer Experience (DevEx) or internal platform experience.
- Familiarity with Knative, Temporal, or data lakehouse tooling.
