Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the engineering organization across product delivery, architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Contribute towards a high-performing, remote-friendly team.
- Drive execution velocity and technical excellence in a serverless, AWS-native environment.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations to overcome technical roadblocks to maximize mission impact.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong background in modern cloud architecture, preferably serverless and AWS-based.
- Extensive experience with Terraform, AWS, JavaScript, React.js.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve software efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
