About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Work with business teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Document data processes and reporting methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role (freshers with strong projects may apply).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of basic statistics and predictive analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
