We are looking for a Data Scientist who can turn data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, supply chain, and technology to build scalable models and data solutions that power Lenskart's growth journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for personalization, demand forecasting, and business optimization.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate insights into business impact.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to optimize decision-making across domains.
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure the impact of product and marketing initiatives.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously improve model performance and ensure production-grade deployment in collaboration with engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hive, AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments is preferred.
