Role: React Native Engineer
Location: Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, Tuesday and Thursday onsite)
- Experience to work with a large mobile development organization with more than 10 feature teams
- Experience to lead the React Native adoption for an existing complex native iOS and Android app, using brownfield approach
- Experience with React Native for web.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and maintain shared cross-platform design systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Expo SDK, EAS Build/Submit/Update, and OTA delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with app distribution platforms (TestFlight, Google Play Console) and automated release pipelines.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes, including GitHub Actions and EAS Build.
- Proactive problem solver with a passion for adopting new mobile technologies and driving development velocity.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Lead the adoption of React Native, designing strategies for seamless integration with existing native development teams.
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable native app features.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, pixel-perfect mobile experiences.
- Continuously optimize app performance and responsiveness.
- Contribute to technical planning and the evolution of Client s mobile architecture and tooling.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to strengthen the team s native expertise.
