This is a pre-seed fintech startup building a Unified Agentic AI wealth intelligence platform.
The Role
This is true co-founder ownership. You are not just a hands-on CTO; you are the architect of the company’s future. You will report to the Board and work alongside the CEO to shape product strategy, lead fundraising, technical due diligence, and build the engineering culture.
What You Will Do
- Build & Architect: Design scalable, secure financial intelligence systems using Agentic AI strategies.
- Scale the Team: Hire and lead the initial engineering team (growing from 2 to 10+).
- Ship Code: Remain hands-on. You will code, review, and deploy.
- Strategize: Define the technical roadmap, including multi-agent systems and proprietary AI models.
The Stack
- Current: Next.js, React, Supabase, Gemini/OpenAI/Claude APIs, Plaid.
- Future: Multi-agent systems, mobile apps, proprietary fine-tuned models, banking data connectors.
You Are
- A Builder: 4+ years of engineering experience with a track record of shipping 0→1 products.
- A Leader: 3+ years in engineering leadership or the passion to be a great leader.
- AI Native: Deep expertise in LLMs, Agents, RAG, and fine-tuning.
- Fintech Savvy: Experience in wealth management, private wealth, or financial data infrastructure.
- San Francisco-Based: Willing to work remotely and travel occasionally to local events and international clients.
The Offer
- Equity: 15% Co-founder equity.
- Salary: $180k - $200k
- Ownership: Full control of the tech roadmap and board seat potential.
