About The Role
We are looking for a high-intent AI Intern to work closely with our D2C brand team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to applying AI in real business use cases such as marketing automation, customer support, analytics, and operations for fast-growing D2C brands.
This is not a theoretical role—you’ll work on live problems, real data, and production-ready AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and optimizing AI-powered workflows for D2C brands
- Use AI tools to improve:
- Customer support automation (chatbots, FAQs, ticket tagging)
- Marketing content (ads, emails, WhatsApp, social media)
- Product descriptions, SEO, and CRO
- Work on data analysis & insights using AI (sales trends, CSAT, customer behavior)
- Experiment with prompt engineering for business use cases
- Support internal teams with AI tools like:
- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
- No-code & low-code AI tools
- Document AI processes, learnings, and best practices
- Collaborate with founders, product, marketing, and tech teams\
Who Should Apply
- Students or fresh graduates in:
- Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong interest in AI + startups + D2C brands
- Basic understanding of:
- AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, APIs – even at beginner level)
- Data handling (Excel, Google Sheets; Python is a plus)
- Curious mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and learning quickly
- Good communication skills (written + verbal)
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or APIs
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce)
- Understanding of marketing funnels, CSAT, CRM, or analytics
Working Conditions
- Environment: Office setting.
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
