Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Data Scientist to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced professionals (1–8+ years) who are passionate about data, analytics, and building data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Build, test, and deploy machine learning models
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Develop dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making
- Monitor and improve model performance
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Python / R
- Experience with SQL and databases
- Understanding of Statistics & Probability
- Hands-on with Machine Learning algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Deep Learning / NLP
- Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts
For Freshers:
- Strong foundation in statistics and Python
- Academic projects or internships in Data Science / ML
- Willingness to learn and grow
For Experienced Candidates (1–8+ Years):
- Hands-on experience in real-world data science projects
- Ability to build end-to-end ML solutions
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
