Lead React.js Developer

Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ JavaScript.
Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries following component-driven architecture and best practices.
Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with efficient state management using Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using code splitting, lazy loading, and performance profiling.
Implement responsive UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, and modern design systems.
Write unit, integration, and E2E tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ensure code quality with ESLint, Prettier, and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce front-end standards.
Deploy and monitor applications on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform with Docker and CI/CD tools.
