Requirement:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior React Developer with investment banking industry experience to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate has a strong background in front-end development, familiarity with the financial sector, and the ability to lead projects from conception to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using React.js
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Work closely with back-end developers and other team members to deliver integrated solutions
- Incorporate domain-specific requirements, especially related to investment banking workflows and data
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, especially in finance and front-end development
- Participate in planning, deploying, and troubleshooting applications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 6 years in React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
