Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, and React.js to design, develop, and lead scalable web applications. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, support ownership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an onsite, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP, and React.js
Build custom WordPress themes, plugins, and REST API integrations
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Optimize application performance across front-end and back-end
Develop responsive UIs using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery
Learn, support, and maintain COTS and SaaS applications
Support & Technical Leadership
Lead and manage support teams handling enhancements, bug fixes, and client issues
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship
Work across SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, Agile & Sprint-based delivery models
Coordinate with application and platform teams for hyper-care and performance optimization
Provide L3 technical support and mentor L2 teams
Manage service SLAs including availability, proactive monitoring, and incident resolution
Perform unit testing and integration testing support
Project Collaboration
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability
Act as a strong client-facing technical lead (onsite or remote as required)
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience
Strong expertise in:
WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST APIs)
PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)
React.js (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)
Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Cloud exposure (AWS preferred; Azure/Google Cloud Platform a plus)
Proven experience leading development or support teams
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
