Planet Technology has partnered with a Florida based company to locate a Full Stack Web Developer for a full-time position,
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, product-driven organization to bring on a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to help build and scale a modern digital platform that supports high-traffic customer experiences, content delivery, and conversion-focused initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing—ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems while influencing how digital experiences are delivered end-to-end.
This is a remote role. As it is a full-time role, all candidates must be able to be hired on a W2 basis with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, customer-facing web applications across the full technology stack
- Lead development of modern digital platform capabilities, including content delivery, integrations, and user experience enhancements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and reusable components
- Develop and integrate services that support eCommerce, lead generation, and digital conversion workflows
- Build high-performance, responsive front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and backend services
- Establish and promote best practices in architecture, code quality, and system design
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization efforts
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to improve site performance, SEO, and user engagement
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production monitoring
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled development tools, to improve engineering efficiency
Required Experience
- 6+ years of experience building scalable, customer-facing web applications
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Proficiency in backend development using Node.js or similar technologies
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and service integrations
- Solid experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on building scalable, maintainable systems
- Comfortable contributing to architecture discussions and mentoring other engineers
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and interest in leveraging them to improve productivity
Preferred Experience
- Experience with headless CMS or composable architecture
- Background in high-traffic or conversion-focused platforms (eCommerce, digital marketing, etc.)
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and deployment optimization
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
