You will be a critical operator within the Onboarding Team. You will be accountable to leading a portfolio of new provider hires through their onboarding process, including credentialing, account provisioning, training and alignment to provide care to our participants. As a company, we are in the midst of rapid growth and looking for a specialist to drive a best in class onboarding experience to scale our provider network.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a personalized concierge to a new hire and deliver a delightful experience
- Lead a portfolio of up to 30 new provider hires through an end-to-end onboarding process to AbleTo’s provider network
- Assist new provider hires with technology trouble-shooting, escalating as needed
- Own completion and tracking of new hire documentation, credentialing application, account and tooling provisioning and training assignments within a workflow tool
- Partner with Clinical Operations, People Ops and Talent Acquisition Teams throughout the new provider onboarding lifecycle
- Drive fluid communication between new hires and partner teams - no detail is too small

Required Qualifications:
- Experience delivering customer-centric experiences and process improvements
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment; ability to communicate via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Operational process experience within a customer facing environment
- Proven ability to navigate multiple technology platforms; ability to understand and troubleshoot with new platforms
