About the Research and Regulatory Affairs Team
The Physicians Committee's Research and Regulatory Affairs team is composed of experts in human-relevant research, education, and testing methods. We collaborate with regulatory, industrial, and academic scientists to develop, assess, and promote alternatives to the use of animals in science. We engage decision-makers in government and industry to make change.
About This Opportunity
The Data Processor will collect and organize data, organize and conduct outreach for campaigns, and share information with professionals and the general public. Deliverables will include:
- Develop and maintain databases of journal authors, editors, other professionals, and students.
- Track scientific journals and identify papers that include research using animals.
- Collect and organize signatures for campaigns.
- Share materials with universities, journals, organizations, professionals, and the public.
- Conduct other data entry projects as needed.
Terms
This is a part-time (30 hours per week) and temporary contract opportunity (approximately six months in duration) that may be performed remotely from any location in the United States. The contractor will have the flexibility to choose their own schedule.
Compensation will depend upon the candidate's experience and will start at $26.50/hour.
