Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, helping with price and availability questions, and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Submit order and confirmations
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

A Typical Day: Typically, you will be receiving calls from the main phone number. Customers often ask for price and availability for different lines, which requires looking up the pricing in Drop Box and then calling the manufacturer for availability. Forwarding email orders through the customer service email, and following up on previous email. Attention to detail is important.
