We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative. you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, address their inquiries, and promote our services.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat platforms
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and account inquiries
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely through web chat platforms
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Pay: $19.42 - $28.39 per hour
