Hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm Eastern US time, opportunity to flex some time
Work location: Remote, work from home, requires designated quiet workspace with periods of uninterrupted time
Position description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing and maintaining operational procedures, including but not limited to creating and renewing invoices, processing renewal payments, processing faculty contact forms, answering phone and email requests, assisting faculty with basic troubleshooting, customer onboarding, running reports on member usage, and proposing marketing strategies to increase activity. The main roles include email/phone communication with subscribers and retrieving/entering data into our online management platform (Zoho). There is also opportunity to offer new ideas for operations and get involved in marketing.
Qualifications:
- Savvy internet user with intermediate MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
- Independent worker with the ability to take initiative, follow-through, and manage time
- Organized and creative thinker to be an active participant of a dynamic team
- Knowledge & background in healthcare industry an asset
- Previous experience in Sales & Marketing role an asset
