Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with software installations and updates
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and solutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex problems
- Ensure security protocols are followed during troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, and Mac OS
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience in help desk or technical support roles
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and Active Directory
- English fluency: reading, writing, and speaking.
- Customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of relationship building.
- Experience working from Standard Operating Procedures, aka SOPs.
Nice to have:
- You have experience with ConnectWise software.
- You have MSP experience.
- You’ve worked in a variety of technical environments.
- You’ve worked at a company with high ticket volume.
- You have a degree in an IT-related field.
- You have IT certifications.
