Job Description:
SeegLaw LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to client questions and concerns regarding legal services, case status, billing inquiries, and general inquiries, ensuring accurate and satisfactory resolutions.
Manage client intake and onboarding processes, collecting relevant information and documentation to initiate new client matters.
Coordinate appointments and consultations with attorneys, scheduling meetings and ensuring proper follow-up and communication with clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and communications in the firm's CRM system.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to address client needs and provide support as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and file management, to support the efficient operation of the firm.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive client information and documents.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and evolving business needs, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
