Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our products and services - Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to deliver consistent service Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Sales experience is a plus - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable - Experience with outbound calling is preferred - Proficient in data entry and computer skills This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a desire to contribute to the success of our company.
