Client: Large Hospitality Company

Pay: $63 - $67

Location: Chicago local preferred but remote ok

Job Posting Title: Front End Engineer

Description: PURPOSE:

Reports to Product Engineering Team Lead or Manager. The Front End Engineer’s role is to develop user interface components and implement them using well-known Javascript frameworks like React.

The position responsibilities outlined below are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Position Responsibilities

Work closely with product, design, and development team members to understand business requirements and the desired user experience
Experience working in agile environments that have embraced DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices
Building highly responsive user interface components
Developing automated tests, and deployment processes
Mentoring junior team members.
Provide Tier 3 production support

Experience And Qualifications

3+ years overall of progressively responsible software development experience
2+ years hands on experience with Java, XML, CSS HTML and mainstream Javascript frameworks like Vue and React

Preferred Skills

Strong Agile experience preferred
