SENIOR REACT DEVELOPER | $70-$80/HR | DURATION: 6+ MONTHS | REMOTE!
Our client, a leader in the financial services software industry, is seeking several (4+) senior developers for a large transformational project. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned react developer to contribute to the overall team goals and build the next iteration of customer experience for this very well known brand.
- Pay: $70-$80/hr, depending on level of experience
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract with potential to hire
- Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to architect scalable solutions.
- Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical leadership.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize application performance.
- Drive best practices in Agile development environments.
- Participate in planning and execution of project roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in web development, with a deep focus on React.js.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and front-end performance optimizations.
- Experience integrating frontend and backend systems, particularly with RESTful APIs.
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
