Front-End Developer - fully REMOTE - working mostly East Coast hours

Up to $110,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus

4+ years of Front-End development experience with an emphasis on data structures and algorithms

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer who excels in understanding data structures and writing algorithms for the front-end. While proficiency in UI/UX design is important, the primary focus of this role is on optimizing data handling and implementing efficient algorithms to enhance the performance and functionality of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex front-end applications with a strong emphasis on data structures and algorithms.
Optimize data processing and manipulation on the client side to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Implement and maintain user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of data structures (e.g., arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs) and algorithms (e.g., sorting, searching, dynamic programming).
Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as Native JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

This is a REMOTE position, live anywhere in the US and able to work mostly East Coast hours.
