Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers to deliver strategic value through custom applications built on Salesforce and the internal software stack.
Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
Adhere to change management policies to maintain data integrity and system stability.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand performance metrics and translate them into technical solutions.
Take ownership of technical projects, ensuring effective resource management and timely delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API, Metadata API).
5+ years of experience with Visualforce and Apex, incorporating modern frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, or Angular.
5+ years of experience with Lightning development and Apex, leveraging JavaScript frameworks (React, Bootstrap, Angular).

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) certification.
Experience with MuleSoft integration.
Strong data management expertise, including structured/unstructured databases, SQL, and RDBMS technologies.
Advanced SQL skills, including handling large data volumes and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of codebases and API design best practices.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
