Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership

Hands-on experience with Flutter, React Native, and Java frameworks
Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML to development workflows and product features
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
