Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and other design tools
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces using React, Drupal, and Drupal templates
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content using Python, Java, PHP, and PostgreSQL
Ensure consistent design language and user experience across portals and applications
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback
Optimize UI components for performance and accessibility across devices and browsers
Work with cloud platforms like Azure and serverless functions via Azure Functions
Collaborate with integration teams using MuleSoft and optionally Salesforce APIs

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills; UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch); Front-end development (React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript); CMS (Drupal, Drupal templates); WCAG; Azure Cloud
Must have a strong portfolio with detailed case studies.
UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Front-end development: React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
CMS platforms: Drupal, Drupal templates
Cloud platforms: Azure
Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Salesforce APIs
Familiarity with MuleSoft integration flows
Knowledge of user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Client Analytics)
Experience with design systems and component libraries
