Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently input data into various systems and databases.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Sort, organize, and file physical documents as needed.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and other data-related materials.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of data requests.
Resolve data discrepancies or errors through careful investigation and analysis.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or related field.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
