Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our client’s remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our client’s platform, ensuring it meets the needs of their healthcare clients.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of a SaaS platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features and improvements that meet client needs and enhance user satisfaction.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards to ensure long-term maintainability and ease of collaboration.
Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems, optimizing workflows and data exchanges to deliver a smooth and cohesive user experience.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack, implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously evaluating and integrating new tools and methodologies to enhance the software development processes.
Optimize application performance, implementing best practices for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their growth and development within the team.
Contribute to the design and architecture discussions, ensuring that the platform remains robust, flexible, and scalable to meet future business needs.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries like React with a strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Extensive experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python or Java, and familiarity with database management systems (both SQL and NoSQL).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services, with the ability to design and implement secure, efficient, and scalable APIs.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively within a remote team environment and contributing to a positive and productive team culture.

Education / Professional Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and server management.
Experience in the healthcare industry or with medical software is a plus.
