As an Administrative Assistant at Great Movers Houston, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, file management, scheduling, and providing general support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure office equipment is in working order.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets. Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and direct them to the appropriate staff members as needed.

Administrative Support:

Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports as requested. Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
