We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer for a successful and growing fintech company to create beautiful interfaces across web and mobile applications that will turn the traditional financial services user experience on its head. Fintech is cool. Best believe.

Our ideal candidate is insanely creative with video game-level UI skills and will help launch and iterate on our platform while consistently delivering an incredible user experience.

Benefits/Compensation:

$150-$175k annual base salary DOE
100% paid health insurance

Responsibilities:

Drive frontend initiatives across web and mobile and think creatively to deliver elegant customer solutions and digital product experiences
Collaborate with Design and Product to plan, build, and iterate
Contribute to our UI component library, standards, and best practices to streamline development and ensure consistency across apps
Help meet project specifications and deadlines, gather feedback from design, UX research, and product
Build shared components that help maintain design consistency and enable teammates to move faster
Contribute to product building and team planning
Invest in scalable front-end architecture and performance
Help onboard and train new engineers if/as needed
Work with research and UX to identify and outline patterns and trends in the market

Must-haves:

5+ experience in Frontend/UI product design and delivery
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
At least 3-5 years of experience building beautiful UI utilizing modern frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, etc.
A portfolio or work samples that showcase your creativity, attention to detail, and overall work across web and mobile applications
Collaborative mindset, with solid written and verbal communication skills
Video game-level UI abilities
A passion for learning, a team-centric attitude, and a willingness to move the team toward its goals
Friendly, team-oriented approach to getting results; egos need not apply
Fintech experience a plus
