Savage Innovations is a Cleveland-based digital engineering firm building high-performance software systems for automotive, real estate/title insurance, insurance, and operationally complex industries.

We specialize in:

Custom SaaS development

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable .NET Core APIs
Build responsive front-end applications using React (TypeScript)
Design and optimize SQL Server schemas and queries
Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS
Contribute to CI/CD workflows using GitHub and modern DevOps practices
Take full ownership of features from requirement to release
Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
Communicate effectively with senior executives, CIOs, and operational end-users
Travel as required for client meetings, workshops, or onsite collaboration
Leverage AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Contribute to architecture and feature development for our AI product

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Prior experience working in an agency or fast-paced client services environment
3–6+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in:
.NET Core / C# APIs
React JS (TypeScript preferred)
SQL Server
Experience deploying to Azure or AWS
Experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)

Education
