Savage Innovations is a Cleveland-based digital engineering firm building high-performance software systems for automotive, real estate/title insurance, insurance, and operationally complex industries.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable .NET Core APIs
- Build responsive front-end applications using React (TypeScript)
- Design and optimize SQL Server schemas and queries
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure or AWS
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows using GitHub and modern DevOps practices
- Take full ownership of features from requirement to release
- Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with senior executives, CIOs, and operational end-users
- Travel as required for client meetings, workshops, or onsite collaboration
- Leverage AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
- Contribute to architecture and feature development for our AI product
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in an agency or fast-paced client services environment
- 3–6+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in:
- .NET Core / C# APIs
- React JS (TypeScript preferred)
- SQL Server
- Experience deploying to Azure or AWS
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
