Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead React Native Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this remote role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications, mentor a team of developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of React Native mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor and guide a team of React Native developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies into development practices.
Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3+ years using React Native.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile app lifecycle.
Proven experience leading development teams or projects.
Proficiency in integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and frameworks.
Experience with mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services is a plus.
