Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead React Native Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this remote role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications, mentor a team of developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of React Native mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of React Native developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies into development practices.
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3+ years using React Native.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile app lifecycle.
- Proven experience leading development teams or projects.
- Proficiency in integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and frameworks.
- Experience with mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services is a plus.
