LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Technical Solutions Engineer. This role involves both client-facing technical solutions and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (Back end heavy), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be part of a team that uses the company's proprietary software to deliver precise and efficient studies, enhancing business benefits. Their clients span various industries, including engineering, manufacturing, software, architecture, and food and beverage.
This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position, under a W2 (not open to C2C). Position is REMOTE, must be able to work on PST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients during technical onboarding, design solutions, and ensure smooth integrations. Act as a technical liaison, troubleshoot issues, and develop custom scripts or tools.
- Monitor and maintain internal systems, analyze data discrepancies, support application deployments, and resolve technical issues for clients and in-house.
- Collaborate with product management and internal teams, provide feedback to improve systems, and document technical processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years in a technical solutions, operations, or systems engineering role.
- 2-5 years of experience with Backend software development (must be able to debug and assist with UI build outs)
- 2+ years of Proficiency in .NET, React, SQL, JavaScript,
- 2+ years of experience in system monitoring tools, deployment pipelines, and debugging techniques.
- 2-5 years of experience with Software Integrations
- 2+ years of experience with Azure and Agile methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical support role (escalated issues)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team, handle sensitive data confidentially, and recognize when to escalate incidents.
- Experience with API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), preferred!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected Salary range: 110k - 150k
