Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to deliver strategic value through custom applications built on Salesforce and the internal software stack.
- Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
- Adhere to change management policies to maintain data integrity and system stability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand performance metrics and translate them into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of technical projects, ensuring effective resource management and timely delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API, Metadata API).
- 5+ years of experience with Visualforce and Apex, incorporating modern frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, or Angular.
- 5+ years of experience with Lightning development and Apex, leveraging JavaScript frameworks (React, Bootstrap, Angular).
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) certification.
- Experience with MuleSoft integration.
- Strong data management expertise, including structured/unstructured databases, SQL, and RDBMS technologies.
- Advanced SQL skills, including handling large data volumes and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of codebases and API design best practices.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
