Our platform uses computer vision and generative AI to analyze video frame-by-frame, turning ordinary content into real-time, data-rich, and monetizable experiences for some of the largest brands and publishers in the world.
The Role We need a Senior Software Engineer to own major parts of our full-stack system and accelerate our roadmap. You’ll be the go-to expert for our high-throughput video + AI processing pipelines and the services that power them.
What you’ll own day-to-day
- Design and scale cloud-native video ingestion, transcoding, and AI inference pipelines
- Build and productionize computer vision / multimodal models (Python-first)
- Extend and harden our React + Node.js content management and distribution platform
- Architect infrastructure on AWS that reliably processes millions of minutes of video per day
- Lead architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and sprint planning
- Balance rapid feature development with long-term stability and tech debt reduction
Must-have experience
- 7+ years shipping production software
- Deep Python expertise (bonus for OpenCV, FFmpeg, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Real-world experience building and scaling video or large-scale data ETL pipelines
- Hands-on AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, etc.)
- Modern frontend skills with React + TypeScript/Node.js
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive technical direction
- Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) daily
