Role/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Design, develop, and implement Devops solutions, react.js, and full stack java applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and functionality.
- Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in Devops, react.js, and full stack development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Sciences or a related education (e.g. life science, medicine) , master’s preferable.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in designing and developing applications with cloud and Native platforms
- 5+ Handson Experience in Python and experience in AI/ML, generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
- 5+Experience in building micro-services using Node Js frameworks.
- Experience in JSON and XML.
- Experience in Service development using SOAP and REST.
- Must have object-oriented design (OOD) patterns experience for separation of concerns, code reusability, security, and performance.
- Experience in developing clean, well architected code.
- Hands on developer with good communication skills and passion for development best practices and Test-Driven Development.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies such as Unit, Integration, Contract, functional, performance testing.
- Strong database skills preferable experience.
- Using Oracle, Postgres or SQL Server (using SQL query language).
- End to end knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Ability to work with source control tools such as Git.
- Troubleshooting and resolving build and deployment issues in Jenkins environment.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Continuous integration and deployment such as Jenkins.
- Knowledge in Source Control Management.
- Experience in Java/ Angular/React.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Comfortable working from the command-line (Bash, Ksh).
- Experience in catching frameworks like cosmos, Redis.
- Experience in MQ Series / WebSphere/ JMS/Kafka.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 74000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $ 151800 per year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
