Description
We are seeking a highly skilledLead Development Engineerto guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong leadership, expertise across full-stack technologies, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, API creation, mobile app publishing, and mentoring engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design,development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications using React, Next.js, and React Native.
- Leverage Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software in sprints.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.
- Oversee mobile app deployment, app store submissions, and monitoring.
- Guide engineers throughtechnical challenges and architectural decisions.
- Architect, create and maintain APIs and backendservices.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Ensure performance, quality,and scalability acrossplatforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on long-termproject goals, includingmerging vendor-facing and customer-facing systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Review code commitsand pull requests,ensuring code integrity, security, and best coding practices are followed.
- Work with Scrum Masters to proactively assigntechnically advanced tickets.
- Create tickets and ensure prioritization of technical debt.

Position Requirements
Formal Education& Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceOR equivalent work experience required
Experience & Skills Position & Requirements:
- 7+ years softwareengineering experience with full-stack technologies, with a focus on React, Next.js and React Native.
- Demonstrated experience creatingAPIs and backendservices.
- Hands-on CI/CD pipelinedesign and management.
- Mobile app deployment and publishing experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies is important.
- Familiarity with customer-facing applications and buildingscalable front-end solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
