About the Role
Our client is seeking an AI/ML Engineer (0-2 years of experience) to join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Support the training, evaluation, and fine-tuning of machine learning models.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to process and clean datasets for model training.
- Implement and optimize data pipelines for AI systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand business requirements and contribute to AI solution design.
- Contribute to the development of AI applications such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and predictive models.
- Learn and apply best practices in model evaluation, testing, and performance optimization.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy models and integrate with existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation efforts to ensure high-quality outputs.
Required Skills
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Understanding of AI/ML pipeline, model deployment, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow coding standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to express technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with model training and optimization on real-world datasets.
- Familiarity with AI/ML deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV).
- Experience working with vector databases and retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of basic MLOps practices and tools.
