In this role, you will be:
- Building multiple AI-powered healthcare products from zero to one (5–10 per year)
- Owning full product lifecycle from customer discovery to shipping production code
- Working directly with healthcare operators and users to understand real workflows
- Translating complex healthcare processes into practical AI tools
- Coding across frontend, backend, and data layers using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, SQL, and AWS
- Leveraging AI coding tools heavily to build at extreme speed
- Traveling occasionally for on-site workflow deep dives
- Operating in-person in NYC with a small, elite founding team

Territory & Deal Profile:
- Healthcare organizations across the United States
- Products focused on documentation workflows, automation, reimbursement accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Integrations into existing healthcare systems and standalone AI applications
- Rapid deployment and immediate usage post-launch
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $150K
- Contract-to-hire option (10–20 hours per week to start if needed)
- Equity: up to 2%, 4–5 year vesting
- Realistic upside of $1M+ equity value within 3–5 years

Hardest part of the job?

The Right Background:
- Full-stack engineer with deep TypeScript experience
- Proven track record shipping products end-to-end
- Comfortable coding frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Strong product instincts and ability to conduct real customer discovery
- Experience using AI coding tools extensively
- Prior startup or founder experience strongly preferred
- Able to work onsite in NYC and travel as needed
