Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in forecasting, customer churn analysis, or equivalent machine learning modeling. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy predictive models to drive data-driven business decisions and improve customer retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy forecasting and customer churn prediction models using machine learning techniques.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Build predictive and statistical models to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to translate business problems into data solutions.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve model accuracy.
- Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Implement scalable ML solutions in production environments.
Required Skills- Strong experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting models or customer churn analysis.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Knowledge of time series forecasting techniques.
- Experience with SQL and data querying.
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics and experimentation methods.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Education- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
