Job Title: Sr. Mobile & Web Developer (React Native & React.js)
Location: 100% Remote
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong expertise in React Native and React.js to support the merger of the Web and Mobile teams into a single unified engineering team.
- This role requires hands-on experience building scalable applications across both mobile and web platforms, including React Native Web.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications focused on performance, usability, and reliability
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Lead and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams
- Design scalable architectures and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Partner with backend teams on API contracts and integration strategies
Required Experience:
- Web (React.js) and mobile development experience
- React Native experience
- Experience consuming RESTful JSON APIs
- Experience working in Agile and distributed teams
- Strong understanding of React Native optimization (iOS/Android performance, offline storage, threading)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience across full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment)
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with Redux, Git, React Native Web, and modern UI development
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Healthcare/EHR domain experience (plus)
