Role Summary
Seeking an experienced React Native Lead Developer with strong native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) expertise to lead mobile application development, mentor engineers, and deliver high-performance, scalable mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor React Native development team
Design and develop mobile apps using React Native (iOS-focused)
Build and integrate native iOS modules
Drive architecture, performance optimization, and code quality
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and Backend teams
Support App Store deployments and CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years mobile development experience
5+ years hands-on React Native
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript
Native iOS development using Swift / Objective-C
Experience with React Native bridges & native modules
REST APIs, mobile performance tuning, debugging
Git, CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise)
Preferred
Android (Kotlin/Java) exposure
State management (Redux, MobX, Recoil)
Agile/Scrum experience
Prior technical leadership experience
