Analog Devices is seeking a motivated Antenna Design Engineer to join our Aerospace and Defense team. You will be working closely with our RFIC/MMIC and module design teams in one of several locations: Beaverton, Oregon, Chelmsford or Wilmington, Massachusetts, Colorado Springs, Colorado or Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will architect, design, and evaluate phased array antennas that are optimized for satellite communications, radar, or electronic warfare applications. You will leverage ADI’s unmatched IC portfolio to design state of the art multi-function antennas and inform IC development roadmaps. This is a fast-paced product development group that values broad skill sets and agility in this demanding multi-physics product technology area.
Required Skills:
• MSEE and 2 years’ experience or PhD in Microwave Antenna Design
• Proficiency in 3D simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, RF/EM Pro
• Proficiency in Electrically Steerable Antenna technology
• Radiating element analysis and design from UHF to Ka band
• Strong communication skills including customer and executive level presentations
• Travel 1 week per quarter
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
