Therapeutic Peptides Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Relations and Scheduling specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure appointments are properly managed and confirmed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduling activities in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for customer relations and scheduling.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive customer information and documents.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
