We are seeking a skilled Storis Help Desk Support professional proficient in the Storis software program to join our team. As a Technical Support rep, you will be responsible for providing IT support and troubleshooting assistance to our internal users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for helping others.
Duties:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with software installations and upgrades
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems (LAN, VPN)
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Conduct user training on software applications as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in Storis IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Storis
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving
