Summary/Objective
Klipsch is looking for a Jr. Processing Specialist to assist in the Customer Service department. The purpose of this position is to provide order and processing support for the Product Support team. The compensation is $11 per hour based on a 40 - hour work week.
Essential Functions
- Enter warranty and non-warranty orders
- Set-up warranty exchanges
- Work with logistics to resolve shipping issues
- Ad hoc projects as directed by manager
Education/Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- 1+ years of customer service experience
Must be able to sit for an extended period of time.
