Senior Software Engineer (React/React Native) sought for a fast-growth AI startup based on the West Coast who are operating on a remote first basis. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a startup in its early stages and be one of the first Senior Engineers working closely with the Co-Founders on the development and delivery of a highly cutting edge AI/NLP application aimed to support the education and coaching sector.
As a Senior Software Engineer (React/React Native), you will own the mobile applications and web interface, driving the development and maintenance of the user facing surfaces. The Senior Software Engineer (React/React Native) will take ownership of the iOS and Android applications and web interfaces using React Native and React Web. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to provide strong user product experiences and take an active role in hiring and building out the front end development team.
This role is offering up to $200,000 + remote first working, equity and many other benefits
In return for:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Extensive experience with React Native and familiarity with React Web
- Proven experience as a lead on projects with a track record of launching products
- A passion or enthusiasm for working in hypergrowth startups and comfortable working closely with founding teams
- Knowledge of TailwindCSS and Node.js on Typescript is a bonus but not essential
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Curiosity and passion for exploring emerging technologies and creating fresh ideas
